He wanted to know if I was alright, what were the damages, all the important questions. He also reminded me that I have coverage for a rental, which put my mind (and pocket book) at ease. What a stroke of genius to have left an overcharging car insurance company in order to go with the insurance company he selected for me. They were able to get me better coverage with full tort for a slightly lower price I had been paying elsewhere with one of the big nationally advertised companies. It's very nice because I know from experience that I can always call and speak with someone if I need help or have questions I need answered. During the time I have carried insurance through Richmond and Associates, I have never had a problem, and I don't anticipate any. Thank-you for the piece of mind you provided. Hard working and quick to respond to all of your needs. I have had David review my policies I had with a competitor. Due to an accident I was he was not able to beat the quote but made suggestions that were extremely helpful to ensure I Had the PROPER coverage in case something like that happened again in the future.
