  The rooms all are clean and look pretty new....almost like a hospital set up inside. The staff are all friendly with a smile. The Physician assistant I had was very professional and explained everything in full detail to me to make sure I understood everything correctly and the difference between what I thought was wrong and what actually was wrong. I couldn't be happier with the services I had received while there. If you book an appointment on their website they will get you in even sooner even if there are people waiting, so if you go, your best bet is to make the appointment and you will be happy. I'm glad I did. I was in and out quickly. Thank you Pocono Urgent Care for your help.

  My mother has been here as well as myself and my children. Our last trip was for a horrible case of poison ivy along with a bad lip laceration (...it was a bad week...they took care of both!). They are always excellent and caring at both of their urgent cares. I am amazed at the time the doctors and physician assistants here spend with us educating us about our medical issues EVERY time we come. My family won't go anywhere else for urgent care.
